Domain is OLD, site is new, I would say 0 traffic. But it's not a turnkey website, it's developed by me using Links 2.0 from Gossammer and also have spidered each of those 400+ websites in there and used their meta tags in the website. Adsense has been put in a way for best CTR.

It's a developed website.
