As we start back to this sideline/opportunity/out-of-control-hobby/obsession/part-time-thing/full-time-effort/whatever of the domain name business for 2011, let me wish all of you - well, most of you since a few nasty types cruise these boards without contributing in a positive manner - a healthy and happy new year.
Quickly looking through 2010 there are signs of what may come in 2011 and beyond: a full slate of pro-industry candidates for CIRA, new ways to monetize domains, more opportunities to market and sell domain names, and maybe, just maybe, some notable deals.
