netsol Hard to transfer out of NetSol.

Has anyone else tried to transfer out of NetSol lately? According to them, "Due to an update to all Authorization codes made by the Registry, authorization codes must now contain special characters." The new register I am trying to transfer to keeps giving me error messages saying that "Authorization Code has invalid characters" and they told me that "Unfortunately we are unable to change the parameters of the authorization code length and characters."

So my question is, where is a good safe place to transfer my name that accepts these "special characters"? Neither register has been of much help.
