I hope you didn't pay too much:
Google avg. search volumes per month:
hawaii - 11,100,000
hawaii island - 201,000
hawaii islands - 40,500
This is still a nice volume, but not in a comparison. Develop a full blown website instead of this minisite and you could still get some traffic from the other two keyword phrases also.

I think I seen that one Rick was selling. I thought it priced fairly, I think you got a good deal.
