Wanted: Service Health Care Template/Or Logo

I am working on a global health care site and need a really nice webtemplate/Logo..

want a really sharp Earth / Globe on a top bar (to use as aweb template) Globe/Earth over the bar and on the left side....the bar can be 2 -3 colors I like the burnt orange and deep blues ..

anyone do this for $75
