the site is powered by a blog. I used one of the mods to make it more search engine friendly then manually added over a thousand articles (free articles which can be found on the web - currently theres 1,070 articles)

Im sure that if someone put some effort into it the site could make some good money via advertising (as i believe it will do well in the se if linked to some other sites)

one thing, you only sent $200 not $200+paypal fees so its cost me $8.10. Its not too big a deal but in future could buyers pay attention to this sort of thing before sending the cash (yeah i know im a moaning beggar!!!)

yes - what i meant was i wanted $200 cash in my hand minimum so the buyer had to add the $8 or whatever it was (didnt specify since it would change depending on the price i got) to the price of the site
