Average pageviews in 2005 corrected in original post - it was not 50 pageviews average, rather 180 per day, with about 60-70 visitor sessions per day.

We've had multiple offers and inquiries on multiple sites and forums, but the highest confirmed offer is still at $1475. We have begun some minor SEM and SEO efforts in preparation for approaching an end-user for a possible sale or JB barring and offer from someone in the reseller community.

In the meantime, the traffic stats are the same or ramping somewhat higher - about 75-90 visitor sessions generating 180 pageviews per day. Adsense Revenue is still between $1.50-2.00 per day on average.

No, the site has not been sold, and is still on the market. This was not an auction, rather accepting offers with a BIN at $3500.

We received several offers, but either they were too low or the payment terms were unacceptable (deferred payments, etc.)

We are still accepting offers, but have focussed more on developping the site and possible sale or JV with end-users.

The downtime was schedule for server maintenance, but our downtime notification page was not being correctly displayed yesterday evening.
