Any thoughts, advice, or appraisals appreciated. We have received several unsolicited offers from both end users and domain speculators.

Not sure if we should develop on our own (as a directory of resources) or move on to other projects.

Cheers

Well, we never got any appraisals about 18 months ago... and had only so-so (low $xxxx) end-user inquiries so we went ahead and built a simple directory site around the domain.

The results were quite impressive. Almost all organic traffic, (a couple of $50 experimental Adsense buys earlier this year) we've pulled in about $500 in revenue in 2005 already.

So, like I say... always develop - or at the very least, park on a service that can provide PPC revenue and CTR suitable to your domain name.

Still open to ideas, constructive criticism and value appraisals (as a developed site or standalone domain.)

Cheers,

Rob
