Why would you want to develop a typo ? They are only good for collecting traffic.
Besides, you have trademark issues...

Thanks for response, well I'm not sure if "tubegaloree" is TM, but back to my question. Is there some porn parking website or how to maximize profits with ads ? By develop I mean make website with pictures or something where people will click and all popups and everything.

The point Katherine is making is... Is TubeGalore (singular E) a TM? If it is, you'll be developing a typo of a trademarked site, which you should never do.

It's like developing a social network on faacebook.com.

"tubegalore" is porn site, trademark. But "tubegaloree" is different word or not ? I am lost in this one. How you can say if it's trademark or not ? Are there some specific rules or something ? I mean like the word "iPhone" is trademark of Apple company, but if we put 1 more letter in the word it will be imPhone and it is different word which is not trademark of Apple or not ??

You yourself have said it's a typo domain. It's a typo of TubeGalore.com. If you develop it into a profit making adult site, expect TubeGalore's lawyers to contact you.

Yeah but typos are not trademarks ? Or are they ? Trademark is just one name, i think it's like registering tubegalore.net or .org - it's fraud because it's using the registered name protected by trademark to make profit but it's not that, it's different name. But I am not 100% sure that's why I am asking to know all the details about it, how it is working with these trademarks, just to be 100% sure what I can do.
