Help Needed With Snapnames

Hello,

Yesterday, I won two $x,xxx auctions at SnapNames (my biggest ever purchases).

I was emailed and told to add funds to my account via a wire transfer because the purchase price was over $5,000 combined.

I was told that it couldn't be handled on credit card, due to a policy change from 2010.

I did the wire transfer, and it went through today.

However, they've now just charged my credit card for the two transactions. Meaning I've paid for the domains twice and have been left in overdraft.

Does anyone have any contacts at SnapNames who can help with this ASAP?

I normally don't deal with SnapNames, but these domains were too good not to.

Just to add: I've contacted my bank, who are looking at the possibility of cancelling the card payments. But I'm sure this will cause SnapNames to cancel my domain purchase.

Someone from Web.com has emailed me - I have both names in my possession & hopefully getting this sorted tomorrow. I hope no one else ever has this problem! I've recommended they take a look at their system for processing payments over $5,000 as there's an obvious flaw.
