Personally I dont like any of them...final lap if its related or close to a racetrack otherwise there are so many better names then the ones listed. just my thoughts.

What is the theme of the bar? is it near a racetrack? or hockey arena or baseball etc... or is it more of a generic sports bar? most of the names listed don't say sports...or have a great brandable feel.

Sorry but naming the place is too important to not be honest. I think you should reach out and get some great ideas not limited to the few mentioned.
