A domain that I have a snap on just changed to this:

Registrar: NETWORK SOLUTIONS, INC.
Whois Server: whois.networksolutions.com
Referral URL: http://www.networksolutions.com
Name Server: UDNS1.ULTRADNS.NET
Name Server: UDNS2.ULTRADNS.NET

The Registry database contains ONLY .COM, .NET, .ORG, .EDU domains and
Registrars.

Domain not found locally, but Registry points back to local DB.
Local WHOIS DB must be out of date.

The thing I don't understand is that it was not set to expire 'till Feb 23. I thought domain info only changed to look like the info above, after expiry date and 30-60day grace period had passed.

How long before update date appears?
