Help ! PublicDomainRegistry.com ??

I bought a name on Sedo and the registrar shows it to be "PublicDomainRegistry.com". This site is Very obtuse and has No place to open an account or even a support phone #.

Has anyone had any dealings with this "registrar" ?

The authorization code they sent me for a transfer is not being accepted, so I tried to register with Them for a simple push instead, but its like pulling teeth to get in there....

ps: domain name in question is FightBet.com , so if someone could do a WhoIs on it for me (which i did too) to try and decipher this problem.... My Thanks !!!

publicdomainregistry is a perfectly legitimate domain registrar. They are also know as directi. Directi is what is known as a white label registrar meaning that they only sell through their resellers. There are lots of directi resellers such as creativeon.com, wsdreg.com, dotfrog.com and a whole lot of others. To be able to modify the domain details you will need to login to an account at the directi reseller where this domain was registered. Typically what happens is that the seller offers to push your domain to a free account at any directi reseller you like just like in any other domain sale.
