i've checked many sites like resellerclub ,onlinenic,but they all ask me to fax a application form to them before i can deposit by credit card...
any1 can tell me one place which dont have such many restrictions?so that i can do it asap???

Godaddy you can register domains using a credit card without faxing over anything. I believe Moniker is the same way.
