I open my ticket queue this morning and I see a ticket that is very old (months) referring to our voice over IP conversion months back:

Customers hearing total dead air if rep not speaking. Customers say "are you there"

Um, what are they supposed to hear if the rep isn't speaking?

I don't know - I never knew good noise cancellation would be an issue either.
