Here's my problem with Appraisals. I registered 2 domains appraised by Atom for $22,500 each: Trude.ai & Elmore.ai. You know how many offers I've had on them in almost 2 years, one! $750 via Ebay for Elmore.ai which I counteroffered for only $1,000 and am currentlty waiting an answer. So this dude, is hesitating giving me $250 more, $1,000 total for a current $24,000 Atom domain appraised. A year ago I would have countered for $2,000.

I have found unfortunately and the hard way they is not correlation to how much a domain is appraised for on Atom and getting an offer (These were both I believe were rated 6.8 & 6.5 on a 10 scale).

PS From a quick scan, I've found almost no one buys Domains on this forum much less looks at them. I'll probably do one last listing and then give up trying to sell a domain here.

The difference is you obviously have the money to buy/register and renew 22,000 Active Domains. I don't have the money to register and renew more than $800 a year or should I say, I am not going to spend more than $800 a year on domains and I am living a comfortable life. The risk is not worth my while especially since the payoffs have been miniscule.
