Can someone take out the time to appraise this insurance domain name: A highly competitive niche. Originally registered in 2014 but lost to an American business owner in 2017 due to health issue but managed to follow up until regaining the name in 2019

The keyword for sure has good search volume and hence the domain name could have good prospects. The keyword is a competitive keyword and I personally would suggest good SEO to be done before getting it appraised. But yes there could be takers "as-it-is" too.
