Currently the site gets an average of 600 uniques a month. That's an average over three months, which is an underestimate given that I have been working with the ad layout to see what works and what doesn't, I have not had the domain loading the Sedo page up for an average of 1 week a month so those are lost uniques. I would guess that repeat(non-unique) customers are in the 1000-2000 per month range. Up-to-date prices keep people coming back to the site.
The web layout itself is pretty basic, I actually have 2, one that uses a frame for sedo and the current one that has ads for multiple sites(which cuts down on my uniques because for some reason sedo only recognizes half of the uniques(Real uniques not Crawlers or multiple hits for the same IP). As I said I have been trying to find the best way to convert clicks to money.
I am selling the Domain name and content along with a lifetime license to use the script I use to get up-to-date prices. Keep in mind there are no scripts on the market to do this yet. I have one that works in windows one in Linux. Even forgetting the Uniques I get per month, the script alone is worth quite a bit.
I am excepting PM's of offers no less then $5,000.00. Please do not ask for a copy of the script as only the buyer of this domain will get a lifetime license to use it.
