We have just launched HostAuctions.com and i know it has so much potential to do really well but I just bought a house and need to get a little money in. We are looking for offers around the $2k+ range.
Everything is included as you see it again we have only been open a short time and i know it would get me more money if i let it develop more but again as i am sure you all know Closing Cost on a house are a lot and as this was my first house unexpected.
