closed Hostgator and Adult domains

Hi,

I have a bunch of regular domains with hostgator and I like their service. I have one adult domain - asian-ass.com - which I want to develop as an experiment with legal porn content.

My question: Do Hostgator allow adult sites with legal adult content? And if, it is a grey area, what is the worst that can happen. I don't want to get my other non-porn sites closed down.

I previously asked them, and they did allow legal adult content.
That policy may have changed, but if it did, I didn't hear about it.

So I asked Hostgator about their policy on adult content. They said: "so long as it is not illegal it is fine," and sent me the user agreement which is very clear and concerned with legal not metaphysical or "moral" issues. (I should have read it first.)

Anyway, you gotta love hostgator.

They do allow legal adult contents. I run 10k+ UV daily sites there with a baby plan
