As a part of my recent liquadation sale, I am looking to sell my hosting business which has been in operation since August 2003. The business has basically been hosting my own projects and sites however I have a few paid clients as well which I have provided the details below. The site is PR5 and is listed and linked in all search engines. The business has a very professional & unique design created by Weevox Studios which at the moment charge over $1000 for designs they create. The site is fully operational and includes support pages and a helpdesk. The business name and domain alone which has been registered since 2003 is well worth the asking price.(.net is also included)

Clients are currently hosted on a WHM/Cpanel server. You can easily move the clients to your own server as you wish. I can also assist the buyer with getting a new server setup if required. Client maintenance is very low. We only received one query this month for support. It is never more then 1 or 2 queries per month.

This is a great oppurtunity for anyone who is looking to get into the hosting business or expand their existing client base. Having a domain and business operating since 2003 is a great advantage when marketing your services as most of the current prospective hosting clients are looking for established hosting businesses which have at least been in the businesses for a couple of years.

You mention the Unique design, however all of the site content is word for word on many sites on the net. Terms, Policies, Network Info.

My question is do you also own other hosting companies such as Sultanhost, Intelliservers, pow4, etc. And if so are you linking to this site from others with gives it the PR5. Possibly the design firm you hired replicates the content for others? Please explain.

Also, your yearly clients, I am assuming the new owner would recieve no payment from them until 2007, correct?

Would you sell the site without clients? They are not guaranteed to stay...

Weevox studious created the design for sultanhost as well as hostnational but the content was put together by us at the time. sultanhost was sold to another firm back in 2004 with more then 650 clients. I am not sure about the other firms or sites you mention. I think one of them may have been a reseller back at the time. I do not think other hosting firms would be linking to a competitor's site as none of the other sites are owned by us at the moment. You reserve the right for the content which you can use, modify as you like.

Yearly clients will be renewed on 2006. We are looking to sell the whole thing and not just the site. As long as you provide them a quality service, there is no reason why the clients should not stay.

The clients are currently hosted on my own server under a reseller account that I setup for hostnational.com. You can take over the account as you wish. We would be happy to host the clients for a month or so free of charge till you arrange the transfers.
