I've decided to commit fully to another project so I'm selling off a bunch of domains, sites, etc. This is a custom, hand-designed (completely unique, non-template) web hosting site.

www.webhostzero.com - PR4 w/ several PR3 internal links. Gets somewhere around 800 visits per day Includes a bunch of scripts w/ licensing including Vbulletin (which i currently have down because there were security issues w/ that version of vb and i had no time to upgrade - DB w/ 4,000+ posts still intact - there's around 6 months probably of the 1 yr lic. on this)

This site has an advertising script similar to adwords/adsense which i use on the free sites - there are over 1,200 free hosted customers and several paid customers.

I'm willing to go in the low $x,xxx for this - but I don't want to train you a bunch, etc. I'm selling this because I have no time - hence the sale :) It runs on cpanel and the box is at ev1 and costs around $149/mo. it brings in more than that every month, and has several customers that owe back payments because I haven't billed in some time - some are resellers.

Also comes w/ webmailzero.com, webhostzero.net, webforumzero.com - they all have valuable scripts installed..

I am interested and have a few questions:

1. what level of automation is setup? In other words, when someone sets up a free account or a paid account; what takes place?

2. you say the site generates more than $149/month. Can you be more specific?

3. can you describe how you enforce the advertisement model? In other words, I assume that the webmasters place the adrev code in their site. Is this mandatory on free sites, and if so; how do you force them to have it?

4. do you have a BIN?

Thanks,

Wesley

1. approve the accounts (free or paid) and they're automatically setup on the server. paid hosting uses modernbill which = $24/mo lic. fee. all other scripts are 100% paid for except moderbill and Vbulletin.

2. some are on quarterly billing, some monthly. average is probably $200/mo in paid accounts. but like i said i haven't enforced billing in awhile due to spending all my time on my gameserver company.

3. the free hosting script enforces the advertising for me :) they have no choice, they can pay a small fee (i have it set at $2/mo) to have banners removed.

4. $2,500 BIN

The advertising script allows you also to sell advertising to people - banners, text ads, etc. I've sold advertising on ebay several times. also the free forums have adsense on them - there are lots of ways to generate income w/ it.

Ok, I'm still interested ;)

So, I have dug a little deeper and have these questions:

1. the forum link says 404 page not found. Can you check on that and tell me if the forum still exists?

2. does the affiliate program work? In other words, is it active and easy to maintain?

3. what control panel does EV1 use? WHM?

I already have a hosting company (small one) and just acquired another one. So, your support would only entail pushing the domains and switching the billing for the server at EV1.

Pending that the forum still exists, I will say "SOLD" at your BIN.

I retract my BIN offer for now.

Upon further investigation, I see that there are 404 errors for the webforumzero domain support forum as well.

Also, the webmailzero goes to a directory listing because it doesn't have a default page.

I would need this explained fully and satisfactorily before moving forward.

I would also like to know about the 800-number that I did not notice before. Is it transferrable? How much is it? Which provider is it through?

And, finally, I will be leaving the country (not in the US or CR) as of next Wed on an extended vacation. So, I need this information before Monday so that we can work out payment and transfer in time --should we come to an arrangement.

Thank you,

Wesley

The forum does still exist - i just took it down because I didn't want to upgrade it. the database is still intact and it has a lovely extremepixels.com skin - actually I have 2 of them you can have. The webforumzero.com forum links to the same webhostzero.com forum.

Yes it's cpanel/whm - the free stuff is on xpanel.

The affiliate program works like a charm. I also have some templates made that would allow you to sell 'branded' affiliate sites which you can have, that would allow someone to take advantage of the affiliate system.

here's some screen shots btw:

www.webhostzero.com/whz

And the 1800 # I'm going to keep, I use it for my other business. It's through vonage if you want to get one setup. The only things I want to keep that pertain to this site at all would be my 800#, my enom reseller account.

"SOLD"

Forona provided full explanation (I also missed the part in the original post about the forum being down) here and via PM. We have worked out the details.

Thanks,

Wesley
