On behalf of a friend I am looking for an established site that is related to either web hosting or has a technical outlook, maybe a php, html, development forum.
Please dont offer invision board forums unless they are version 2 and licensed.

Please indicate your asking price along with links to stats. stats are not important. I would prefer a site that is established for at least 3 months.
