looking to sell site. it is around 6 years old. i have done zero work to it for years. gets around 20 visitors a day, sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more. revenue is tiny. i do not have near enough ads or the right placement. it is #1 at all 3 major engines for the phrase. can be a real winner! it is hard for me to put time into sites i dont have any interest in anymore, plus have other issues outside of domaining. looking for offers over $300...thanks
