I know it's not short, but it has search volume and high CPC.

Less than zero. The thought process that caused you to register this name needs to be shelved. Being that you joined in 2009, it seems as if you are still trying to reinvent the wheel. The odds that you are spending your time wisely by being involved in domains is as close to zero as it gets. I would get out a phone book or look at an online directory of rich people in San Diego. I would then pick 50 names and write them each a personal letter. Tell them that you want to be a success in life, and ask them if they have any tips. Your odds of getting lucky are over zero percent if you do that (but still under one percent), and if you do get lucky someone will probably send you a nice check.

There are millions of potential activities and actions that you can engage in each day. Domains aren't for you if you joined in 2009, register a name like this 4 years later, and then ask if it is worth anything. In the words of OJ Simpson trial expert, Dr. Henry Lee....."Sum Tim Wong".

Wow it looks like you woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning :) J/k thanks anyway for your post.
