Another domain we love, but really just don't have the time at the current to put into development.
It has a simple WP blog on it and currently gets on average of 20+ visitors a day, each day, mostly via google. We have 1 advertiser on it now who approached us and paid $50 for the ad spot for a year, it's time ends in Jan (the ad spot).
It's a straight forward domain, would be an easy develop and probably a lot of fun for someone with interest. A little work it could probably be an adsense goldmine.
It's $600 firm on this one, escrow.com + fee, or we'll keep it
