I see timeshares sell extremely cheap on ebay.... I think If it's true I am going to starting buying and renting them out.

no this can happen in real estate. people will sell a property for a $1 so the seller doesnt have to worry about the mortgage payments and it doesnt affect their credit.

ya that and this places comes with $850 worth of debt. so really they came out $851.75 ahead on this deal.
