If you have to ask how then you just won't do it. Unless you are just lucky you will have to earn the money. There are those that know how and those that don't. You sir appear to be the later.

I have tried this and although didn't make a grand, I came pretty close once a few months ago. This is a practical suggestion. I profited from it, hence this post.
