How can I receive paypal payments in Egypt?

Hello,
Does anyone have the idea about a payment processor that can receive paypal payments for me as paypal is not active here in Egypt?
I already found one but it can only receive payments through paypal for tangable goods only. And I need this service to sell domains and register users on one of my websites
If anybody knows about this, it will be a great help

What most do is incorporate in the USA, get a USA bank account then do wires after they get it in their USA accounts.

But for withdraw funds , one needs US bank account. and one should get a bank account that gives master or visa debit card so u can withdraw funds as soon as they r received in account in this case.

Thanks Scorpio and Kishin for your replies, that is very helpfull info. I got a Citibank bank account here in Egypt, i don't know whether this is considered as an American bank account or not, I will get to the bank to know more about this.
Kishin, I visited http://yoffi.net/indexEngl.htm but I think this service is for American residents only. You know what Kishin, I thought about immigrating to Canada before in order to have ease in doing my ebusiness
Egypt still needs a lot of upgrades in the ecommerce field, it's very annoying for ebusiness here.

You don't need a US bank account to withdraw money. Bank accounts from most European countries are also accepted.

Greece or italy would be the closest countries to egypt that are accepted.
