Mine's the gyros pita please...

Seeing as you guys are in here, I spent 2 hours today making Greek Lamb Stew - my Mum's 74th birthday tomorrow and we've got family round; one of my favourites!

A very happy birthday to your mom as well.

Q: How could you tell it was Greek lamb?
A: It didn't go "baaah" it went "opaaah" :D

He's operating in premium location and I'll bet he charges more for a hot dog and drinks than lets say a vendor in front of Home Depot does.

$2,000 each day for rent

I wonder how many he would have to sell to break even.

these vendors should be given a break these days --

They don't bother calculating expected sales, either—in part because rent is set at auction (with vendors battling it out) rather than by the city.

They will in lower auction prices if these days remain these days.
