how come i can't post a selling thread?

i am new to DNforum, became a member 30 min ago. and i was trying to post a selling thread over " Domains For Sale - Fixed Price and Offers", but the system won't let me do it! how come??

When did you purchase the Platinum upgrade? Usually this takes affect immediately.
