Stock markets have continued to fall after the collapse of several investment banks and despite the rescue package approved by the US Congress. Now, there are fears that the world economy could or already have slided into a depression.

Do you fear for your investments / domain names? Your retirement funds? Could you lose your job over this?

This may not be related to financial issues.
may be getting little smarter - droppin lot of names.
That I registered when I was too childish or foolish.

Domain names will only keep appreciating in value over time, so I'd rather think positive and say that now is a great time to buy!

I'm aware but I'm not concerned.

Let me tell you why. Worrying isn't going to help. And there is nothing we can do to turn it around. Except, turn off the TV, stop reading related news and wait it out. In the meantime, enjoy life, learn to live below your means and realize that this has happened before. It'll be okay. :)

If we all have to run around naked in the woods like savage beasts, seems that has happened before too and we made it through.

I already lost everything this year in a tornado with my family. And it took that situation to make me take career risks I would normally be too scared to take. Or to speak up when I normally was afraid to. When you lose everything you realize there was nothing you couldn't do without. My husband said something sweet once. He said we didn't lose everything because we still had our family alive and together.

He's right. Ironically, I wrote something a week or so again for people like you. I hope this gives you a word of encouragement.
