I'm trying to transfer a domain name out of 4domains.com (bluehill.com) that has been sold and I haven't received the transfer request.
I'm guessing this is because of the hidden admin e-mail address/WHOIS protection.
Can anyone confirm this would prevent me receiving the transfer request.
Can anyone tell me how to remove this setting. I've searched the website at 4domains.com/bluehill.com and can't any mention of how to do this.
Support seems to be closed for the weekend and I would like to make progress with the transfer.

Update:
This is sorted out. 4 domains.com support came back from lunch or whatever and have a) removed the antispam setting and b) told me how to remove the setting myself if required.
