how do i list my domains as premium domains ?

how do i list my domains on networksolutions, namecheap.com, etc...
as premium domain ? cause thats a good way to sell your domain and get your domain transferred rightaway to the buyer
how do i do that ?

I think you sign it up as a premium sale which usually costs a lot more (like Sedo's "featured" listings).
