How do they pick keywords?

I have a couple of domains I want to park at Sedo, but I can't decide what keyword to use for them. I noticed there is an option to let Sedo pick the best keyword. How do they do that? Do they do a back check of the domain to see what it's theme was, or what?

they use google, I have found you do better by picking your own keywords under optimization in parking section. Just type in names in google and whichever have the most paid listings that match your domain is the keyword to go with, you can also list 2 or 3 keywords for same name just make sure of google results first
