Do a lot of names with linkpop traffic actually delete, or are they all sucked up by drop catchers? Is it reasonable to think that one could use "Domain Name Research tool or another similar tool to routinely find decent recently deleted linkpop names or is that a fantasy?

I use Domain Research Tool and find all kinds of available names to register. Remember the large catchers spend much more time than me picking up the larger fish, but I have found smaller ones which make over $100/mo in revenue.

In addition, I have located domains with overture with extension, linkpop, etc which I have registered to turn around and sell anywhere from $40 - $3,000

Hi jdk!,

Are you saying that the names actually deleted, or did you have to back-order them some how?

The ones I usually scan are deleted meaning I can go and hand register them.

DRT does have a dropping tomorrow list I do load sometimes and scan those to backorder them.

You can see a sample of a list I scanned here:

I have thought about getting the DNR tool...could you please give me just one real example of any name that is open as of today with surprising linkpop? I would just like to see if you can quick use that tool to pick out one name from thin air with linkpop that came available today. I would be happy if I could find a tool that could help me find linkpop traffic that could produce rev of just 3 or 4 dollars per month parked.

Anyone can go register a deleted domain since they are available, but just do it as quick as possible, you can easily miss a nice investment :)

I think jdk's matrix reaper is much better... It's more technologically advanced. :first:
I know this is off-topic, but when you change your avatar do you have to pay every time you change it?

That is good information, and congratz on your success with the Domain Research Tool - I've thought about checking it out myself. Is it exclusive to DNforum?
