I am fluent in Php and Mysql and am interested in starting my own. How much is it for dotsters, godaddy's, or enoms?

Godaddy wild/west is $99/year. It's turn-key so you don't do anything but launch it.

But GoDaddy also has very little options and VERY little customization.

I think eNom is your best bet myself (for reselling).

Check out DRAMSystems.com if you want a premade site.

I am in the process of setting something like this up, in php. In fact it was this task for a type of hosting site, that wound up having me do the researching that lead me to this forum. If you want we can work on this together and lessen the work each of us has to do. I can also set you up with a resellers account for free if you want.
