How if the buyer does not confirm the receipt of the domain with Afternic?

Hi,

I sold a domain with Afternic. The buyer has informed me (cc to escrow manager) his account name with Enom.com, the current registrar. So I made the domain push last Friday. Up to now, the buyer has not confirmed it yet.

With escrow.com, the transaction has an inspection period, the deal will be deemed as successful after such period if the buyer fails to confirm/deny it.

How is it with Afternic? Any advice?

Have you sent a private message to your escrow manager yet? They take forever to respond, and you may have to send multiple messages, but you may be able to get further explanation. In one case, my buyer had no idea he had to confirm the transfer, even though I sent 2 pm's to him.

I just resent the escrow message to the buyer. I hope he can quickly confirm it.

I also sent a private message to afternic, asking them to help me.
