For Sale how is this even possible, and needs to be done

so, there's this domain I want, regged at GoDaddy (!), which has NS1.PENDINGRENEWALDELETION.COM as DNS server and displays this page branded with NetWorkSolutions (!!), with a message

expired on 12/08/2008 and is pending renewal or deletion.

, with a link to backorder the domain name at Namejet (!!)

the domain is not in any list at Namejet, TDNam, or Snapnames.
now, wouldn't a GoDaddy domain go with TDNam?
has anyone experienced this? What should I do?

Maybe it was originally with netsol, expired at some point and the name servers were never updated.
Has the name expired yet ?
