I bought a bunch of names and there is one name that I want to delete from my account.
I created a ticket on January 13 and got a reply from support saying it would take 2 days before they can delete the name to make sure there is no legal issue with the name.
Three weeks went by and nothing has happened so I called the office last week and they said they will take care of the issue last week.

I have been calling like everyday and all they said was they have no time frame when the name will be deleted and they have escalated the incident to the next level.

I don't normally post these types of support issues but I am losing my patience here.

Why would it take almost a month to delete the name?

I believe it is 35 days after it gets in pending delete status.
