question How much do you value "age" when pricing a .com today?

This is a general or domain name related question.

Hey everyone,

I’m recently back in the domain game after a long hiatus. Having realized that I originally joined in 2005, I now feel old. LOL.

Coming from that era, even a few years of clean domain history felt like an automatic trust factor for value. Now that I'm testing the waters again, I have two very different assets listed over on Atom that got me thinking about all this. I recently put up GotMustangs.com (an aged, two-word niche name) and Zoozer.com (a short, modern brandable ).

Seeing them side-by-side made me curious about how the community views things today. Would y'all say that domain age still carries a premium for buyers, or has the market shifted almost entirely toward brevity and brandability?

Would love to hear some thoughts from both the old guard and newer investors on how you value age vs. brandability these days. Links for context and any feedback is appreciated!!

Thanks very much!!
