I have sent emails to around 30-40 possible end users and i just had my first reply.
It's from a Non-profit organisation (Hippodrome Foundation, Inc)
website
They have replied and asking for the price.
How much do you think i should ask?

I would appreciate your help.
Thanks.

$250 would probably sell it - $500 might sell it but could also put them off. Although they have some good sponsors they are, as you say, non-profit.

Well, have you checked the sponsors and how much the tickets cost?

"
The new France-Merrick Performing Arts Center will seat 2,257 guests at each of the 270 performances per year it will host. These performances will include blockbuster Broadway shows that have until now, been unable to come to Baltimore because there has not been a facility large enough to accommodate them"

Tickets cost from $35-$75 per seat (+$8 for parking if i understood well)

Well they are non-profit hence the lower price. Otherwise $750.
