How much should I pay for a NNN.co.uk ?

Hey, guys. I wonder if someone who deals with the UK exts can give me an idea what you'd pay for an avg NNN.co.uk, I'm having difficulty finding recent sales

I've also been offered a CC.org.uk (NL type) and I have even less of a clue for this one (good N + bad L)

Any ball park ranges ? Since they require a 2-yr reg/ren for these plus there's the fee for the change of tag Nominet asks, I don't want to overpay

NNN - $XXX+++, in saying that there are many variables, repeat, popular, meaning etc. Have to adjust accordingly.

NL - $XXX unless a very rare case of desirability for whatever reason. LL go for $XXXX
