How much would you pay for...

I'm thinking of selling a website of mine. Don't want to name the website just yet, but I'm hoping to get a feel of roughly how much I can get for the site.

Here are the details of the site:

- Income is around $30+ per day (through Adsense), $20 per day other avenues. So total of around $50 per day income ($18,250 per year).
- Site is updated automatically. I haven't touched the site for the last 2 years.
- Traffic is around 5000-6000 uniques per day, with the large majority of visitors coming from from Google.
- Site is 5 years old and I have owned the site the last 3 years.
- The site is a flash games website (not in my signature).

Given that updates are automatic and no work needs to be done to the site to continue with the same income, how much do you think the site is worth?

depends on traffic source country, domain name, site quality, update quantity, maintenance cost, etc.

Traffic source, mainly US.

Nothing to update, no maintenance except for hosting and domain registration.

If all the above-mentioned can be proved and main traffic source is SEs and 65%+ US traffic, I would say about $20000. Maybe high $2XXXX if you take your time to find the right buyer.
