I've downloaded a popup blocker, but it doesn't care of some of the "would you like to set your homepage" messages, is there anything else I can try?

thanks.

Hmm, as far as I know, they are done using JavaScript. Maybe some are done with ActiveX, Im not sure.

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level

You can set certian scripting to act a certian way. But disabling JavaScript can take away many good, useful website features.
