How to change avatar?

I went to USER CP clicked "edit avatar" and it directs me to this link:

How to change avatar?

On the left side click Forum Upgrades, then from the menu select Change Avatar, pay 1000F$ then choose your new avatar.

Strange, the menu doesn't work on firefox, only in IE. I thought the whole store was broken until I opened DNF in IE (which I don't use anymore if I can avoid it).

Works for me in FF. Try upgrading it.
