How to change user ID?

This probably sounds dumb, but I would like to change my username, but I'm not sure how. Can anybody help?

SkinzDotOrg ...it will take you no time at all to get to 1300, just follow the "Message Board Top 10 Ways To 1300"

1. Every time someone posts a name for appraisal... appraise it... or at least mention what a great name it is.
2. Everytime you see a name for sale, make sure you post a "great name.. good luck" post.
3. Everytime someone posts a name they got in a drop ... post "great catch" every time.
4. Everytime a person posts a name they just registered ... post "great find".
5. Every time a member talks about quitting ... post numerous times about why they shouldn't and how you will miss them.
6. Start a "the war is bad" thread.
7. Start a "the war is good" thread
8. Welcome every member that joins the forum .. and personally answer every question they ask for the next month.
9. Post something bad about gregr.
10. Disagree with a post from Izopod, RealNames or Timechange
