One of the domain owner infringing on my Intellectual Property.
Where should I start to claim that domain..I can't afford a lawyer and I want to do it on my own . I appreciate your responses.

Thanks

You will want to visit this site to learn about the UDRP process.

It will cost you a minimum $1100 to file a complaint.

Your other option is to fire off a C&D letter to the owner. If you don't want to waste the money on a lawyer, find one online and copy it. :)

Have you tried contacting the domain owner yet?
