I am new to domain brokage service and I have some general questions about it.
1. How to avoid buyer to contact owner directly to protect broker's interests?
2. Are there any contract examples available?
3. How will the payment be processed? Do the buyer pay the owner directly and then owner pay his broker?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
