legal How to get outstanding balance from this member?

I tried to post in Unresolved Dnforum sales forum but could not create a new post there. Please move this thread as appropriate.

I sold Appetizers.org to a member of Dnforum, chrisb72 a few weeks ago and he got $300 outstanding balance to pay me. I have already transferred the domain to him and he said he would pay within 1 month. Now it has been over 3 months and no payment made. I have contacted him a few times but he just ignored my messages.

I realized he recently sold the domain at Moniker Silent auction. He still hasn't paid $300 yet.

What should I do? He is just ignoring my PMs.
